Rules of Play

For the comfort and enjoyment of all our customers we need all visitors to adhere to our simple and fairly obvious rules of play and we would ask all parents to supervise their children at all times during their visit to the centre.

Play Safe Rules

  • Though the Centre is monitored by trained staff, all children must be supervised by an adult.
(We ask that there is at least one adult for every five children in a group).

  • No child over 12 years of age or 4ft. 9ins in height (whichever comes first) will be allowed to play on any equipment.

  • Only food and drink purchased at Mister Twister's may be consumed on the premises (excluding baby items).

  • Children must wear suitable clothing whilst playing (we recommend legs and arms are covered).

  • Shoes must not be worn on any equipment, however socks must be worn at all times.

  • All jewellery, spectacles (unless shatterproof), badges and any sharp/loose objects must be removed from
children before play. Long hair should be tied back.

  • Children should be discouraged from both running and throwing balls.

  • Bullying will not be tolerated.

  • Adults are welcome to use the equipment when children require help or guidance.

  • Children who are unwell should not use the play equipment.

  • Parents/Guardians should ensure that children visit the toilet before playing on the climbing frames.

  • No food, drink or chewing gum are permitted on the climbing frames.

  • Mister Twister's does not accept any responsibility for loss or damage to personal items during your visit.

  • Mister Twister's is strictly a Smoke Free Zone.

  • No animals are permitted in the Centre except guide dogs.

  • The Management reserves the right to refuse admission.

NB: Failure to adhere to the above rules may result in expulsion from the centre with no refund.
