About Mister Twister's Hartlepool
Now owned and operated hands on by the directors of Natoli Leisure Limited a
local Hartlepool based company. The centre will continue to trade under the Mister
Twister's brand but identified specifically by the word Hartlepool in all it's marketing.
The name Natoli was born out of the name of the directors two children Nathan and
Oliver both of who are frequent visitors to the centre.
Our Future Plans
Investment has already started in the background of the centre which has been
operating for some 7 years now and you may have noticed improvements around the
centre in terms of lighting, heating and general cleanliness.
Throughout this year we have implemented a number of improvements to the centre
which include:-
- A new enclosed Toddler/Infant area with padded floors and walls specifically for
under 2's - installated Easter 2010.
- Twister Tots activities throughout the week during
school terms.
- New lounge furniture for our upstairs mezzanine.
- Free wi-fi for the mezzanine area.
- New tables and chairs installed in our cafeteria area.
- New enclosed Pirate Themed bouncy castle.
- Non slip flooring for main eating area.
- Newly fitted Cafe Servery and Reception
- Many more improvements to come
Our plans for the coming year will include further enhancements and we are currently looking at:-
- Refurbishment of the toilets
- Replacement tables to existing areas
- Additions to the existing climbing frames
- Development of an outside play area to include climbing frames, swings, slides, picnic areas etc
Your Support
We understand that our success in reaching these goals is paramount to the success
of the centre and we would like to thank all of our customers old and new for their
continued support as we continue to improve the facilities of the centre for all
of the town's children.
We would welcome all comments and feedback on the centre and its proposed improvements
for the coming year and we are happy to meet with relevant out of school clubs in
order to accommodate their specific needs by building in play with education for
all.
Our Staff
The success of any business relies heavily on the front line staff operating
the day to day tasks.
- All of our staff possess a current CRB (Criminal Records Bureau)
check undertaken on our behalf by Hartlepool Borough Council.
- We also have 3 recently qualified Paediatric First Aiders.
- Our kitchen staff possess the required Health & Hygiene certificates.
- Our party coordinators are experienced and passionate.
